Counter Notification

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or disabled due to misidentification or error you may file a counter notification. To do so you must send a written communication that includes

  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA takedown notice
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate user accounts and access to riikyxyz for repeat infringers of copyrighted content.
